Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience for the Tax Supervisor position or at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Tax Manager.
- Experience in professional services, commercial, or financial services environments (Big 4 experience & possessing a Tax Consultant License (Brevet USKP) B is an advantage).
- University degree in tax, accounting, finance, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Willing to travel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Capability to work effectively in both international and local environments.
- Strong analytical, research, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.
- Extensive technical experience, with an industry focus being advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, service-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
