Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage 3-5 branch offices.
  2. Develop planning and execute efforts to achieve targets for Financing Volume, Customer/Partner Numbers, and Portfolio Performance.
  3. Conduct market research for the managed area in line with business expansion plans.
  4. Regularly supervise and monitor all branches under management.
  5. Manage installment payments across branches to maintain NPL within target levels.
  6. Prepare written reports on supervision and monitoring results of the branches.
  7. Implement corrective actions for activities not in accordance with SOPs.
  8. Provide coaching to Branch Managers and branch staff.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in microfinance or 5 years in commercial banking or leasing companies.
  • Experience as a Branch Manager in microfinance or banking.
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Proficient in computer operations, especially MS Office.
  • Willing to work in the field.
  • Own transportation and a valid Driver's License (SIM).
  • Good interaction skills with rural women.
  • Willing to be placed in Gubug Grobogan area.
