A leading company in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Administrator to support operational activities related to product sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in import activities, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to support various operational activities related to our product sales.
Qualifications
Minimum Associate Degree (D3)/ Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major
Experience in import activities (prioritized)
Knowledge or experience in licensing and regulatory processes (steel product standards, SNI, Import LS, PIB, K3L, SDPPI, etc) will be prioritized
Minimum has 1 years of experience in export-import field
English language skills are required, especially for handling shipment documents and communicating with the head office
High level of accuracy in data input and advance in Excel
Good communication skills to work with various internal and external parties
Quick response and proactive communication skills
Able to work in a disciplined and timely manner according to deadline orientation
Able to be a responsive and responsible Marketing Administrator
Main Responsibilities:
Handle procedures related to import activities
Manage product regulations and certifications
Perform tasks related to sales activities
Maintain good collaboration with all team in order to assist marketing activities
