We’re looking for a skilled Marketing and PR Manager to elevate our brand and reach in Indonesia.
Job Overview
The Marketing and PR Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on brand growth and public relations for Seacrest. You will develop marketing strategies, organize and manage events, forge relationships with key local partners, initiate beneficial professional collaborations and oversee digital marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and PR strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth
- Create and manage the marketing calendar, organizing and coordinating promotional events such as business meet-ups and breakfasts
- Plan and manage promotional events and build partnerships with local businesses (e.g., restaurants, gyms, other real estate agencies and consultancies)
- Strategize and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including monitoring social media activities and content scheduling
- Initiate and maintain media relations to secure press releases and coverage in relevant publications
- Manage LinkedIn presence, scheduling posts, and identifying opportunities for engagement
- Report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role (3+ years) within real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with local partners and media outlets
