Job Description: Sales Marketing Manager

We are looking for a qualified Sales Marketing Manager with experience in the Property / Real Estate sector, including residential FLPP or commercial properties.

1. Experience leading sales teams across multiple locations.
2. Detail-oriented sales approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
3. Ability to monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance to meet targets.
4. Capability to analyze target markets.
5. Extensive network and relationships within the industry.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present in public settings.
7. Additional experience in Digital Marketing and its implementation.
8. Placement in Semarang region.
9. Willingness to travel to various project sites.
