Area Sales Supervisor - TASIKMALAYA / LOMBOK / BANGKA BELITUNG / BATAM

Responsible for achieving sales targets in TASIKMALAYA / LOMBOK / BANGKA BELITUNG / BATAM areas, focusing on General Trade & Modern Trade channels.

Ensure stock availability, manage stock levels, and oversee promotional program claims.

Control product distribution, availability, and visibility in outlets.

Review sales achievements and propose activity plans to expand distribution, improve product availability, and increase visibility in potential areas/channels.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG company
• Experience handling General Trade & Modern Trade Channels for F&B products, preferably dairy
• Proven success in developing new markets
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Home base in TASIKMALAYA / LOMBOK / BANGKA BELITUNG / BATAM, willing to travel for business trips
