Utility Shift Supervisor

Lesaffre Sari Nusa (LSN) is an affiliate legal entity of Lesaffre Group. It is a new yeast manufacturing company incorporated at the beginning of 2020, currently under construction for an operational start-up scheduled for early 2023.

Job Description

• Regularly check machine and implement PM activities related to Utility.
• Perform machine repairs, analyze machine problems, and make preventive actions.
• Ensure equipment is ready to use and meets quality requirement standards.
• Control spare part stock and ensure critical part readiness.
• Minimize machine downtime and make improvements related to production machine performance.
• Control maintenance costs and manage spare part orders.
• Prepare working reports regularly and create Machine Working Instructions.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance Plans and schedules.
• Manage subordinates’ jobs and coordinate between other departments.
• Implement the EHS management system and program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Utility Equipment such as Boiler (coal), Air Compressor, Chiller, Water treatment, and Cooling Tower (operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting).
• Basic electrical skills such as reading electrical wiring diagrams, control panel troubleshooting, and equipment electrical failure analysis.
• Experience in overhauling Utility equipment, either through internal service or external authorized service centers.
• Experience in continuous improvement and equipment system modification related to Utility and energy saving.
• Good leadership skills, able to work under pressure, and achieve company objectives on target.
• Experience in Maintenance Management Systems such as Planning Preventive Maintenance (PM), Kaizen, TPM, Spare part Management, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Engineering, Physics Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having a Boiler License Class 1 is an advantage.
• English proficiency is a must.
