Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain good relations with AC associations and dealers in the marketing area through regular visits, updating price lists, identifying dealer issues, and monitoring competitor strategies.
  2. Track the delivery of goods from the central warehouse to dealer warehouses to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  3. Coordinate with the admin sales team to promptly follow up on POs from dealers into sales orders (SO).
  4. Perform weekly updates on dealer stock levels, compare with other brands, and monitor competitor promotions.
  5. Conduct weekly coordination meetings with the ACS HO Team to discuss sales tracking, forecast realization, AR overdue, sleeping accounts, competitor movements, and field constraints.
  6. Update quarterly dealer contracts and maintain accurate appendix records.
  7. Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  8. Collect supporting invoices and track rebates efficiently.
  9. Approach dealer owners or sales dealers to support sell-out activities as needed.
  10. Request and coordinate the delivery of goods according to the sales plan.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, preferably in AC products, home appliances, electronics, or related industries.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven team leadership, persuasive, and innovative mindset.
  5. Flexible, adaptable to change, and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  6. Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  8. Logical, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
  9. Fluency in English is an advantage.
  10. Willingness to travel as required.
