Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good relations with AC associations and dealers in the marketing area through regular visits, updating price lists, identifying dealer issues, and monitoring competitor strategies.
- Track the delivery of goods from the central warehouse to dealer warehouses to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with the admin sales team to promptly follow up on POs from dealers into sales orders (SO).
- Perform weekly updates on dealer stock levels, compare with other brands, and monitor competitor promotions.
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings with the ACS HO Team to discuss sales tracking, forecast realization, AR overdue, sleeping accounts, competitor movements, and field constraints.
- Update quarterly dealer contracts and maintain accurate appendix records.
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Collect supporting invoices and track rebates efficiently.
- Approach dealer owners or sales dealers to support sell-out activities as needed.
- Request and coordinate the delivery of goods according to the sales plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, preferably in AC products, home appliances, electronics, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven team leadership, persuasive, and innovative mindset.
- Flexible, adaptable to change, and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Logical, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
