A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Sales Manager to enhance retail penetration and oversee distributor engagement in Makassar. The role involves strategic development, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring product visibility in the market. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, and possess strong leadership skills.
Being a main contributor to the Head of Branch on Business Strategic Development in volume Sales Area.
Collaborate with Distribution Partner to develop existing clusters with targeted growth reloads.
Monitor and ensure the availability and visibility of Indosat products in the cluster, including monitoring card distribution to all distributors/outlets in the respective cluster.
Advocate all sales channel-related Indosat promotions and products.
Strengthen retail penetration by opening new outlets and enhance outlet engagement through promotions or products as the main sales focus.
Educate distributor teams to comply with KPIs, including training, coaching, and counseling.
Guide distributors to execute activities in the cluster, such as brand activities, sales events, art happenings, bundling programs, and community programs.
Monitor network availability and escalate issues to the Head of Branch and Region's Sales Assurance function for any network problems in the cluster.
Compile daily reports and send them to the Head of Branch and related regional functions.
Coordinate with Rural GTM Executives (RGE) regarding marketing promotions and branding in the cluster.
Execute and achieve functional goals set by managers.
Provide continuous input for business process and system improvements.
