Assistant Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

About the job: Assistant Marketing Manager

Our client, a prominent contractor and investor involved in port facilities, real estate, power plants, and transportation infrastructure, is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist with tendering tasks, including coordinating, preparing, and compiling documents for submissions, and reviewing all papers prior to submission.
2. Support market and business development activities.
3. Ensure timely collection of data for the Marketing/Investment Manager.
4. Prepare reports on marketing and business development, including market analysis and forecasts.
5. Create presentations, meeting minutes, and project proposals based on client communication.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing/Investment Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates should have a civil engineering background with at least 3 years of experience.
2. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (HSK certification preferred) and English (B2 level or above).
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Hard-working, eager to learn, and responsive to clients and team members.
6. Willing to work overtime if needed.
