Job description

Senior Executive Finance / Assistant Manager Finance

Hiin is Asia’s leading player in asphalt and fuel supply, seaborne and onshore logistics. Over the years, we have expanded into asphalt and fuel trading and supply by building a full-scale trading network, an expert team workforce, and extensive infrastructure investments.

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and submit the full set of financial statements for each company in the group to ensure compliance with monthly reporting deadlines.
  2. Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with Indonesian Accounting Principles and contractual terms.
  3. Coordinate with auditors on required draft reports.
  4. Prepare and file various tax reports, including Income Tax Articles 15, 22, 23, 4(2), monthly E-PPh, VAT, and other government taxes.
  5. Supervise daily accounting activities and verify transactions in the accounting system.
  6. Analyze costs of company products and oversee fixed assets.
  7. Prepare requested reports for management.
  8. Manage in/outgoing payments, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
  9. Lead team efforts to monitor and hedge foreign currency exposures.
  10. Ensure compliance with finance and tax policies and regulations.
  11. Maintain proper document management in SAP and ensure easy retrieval per local regulations.
  12. Perform additional tasks as delegated by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Brevet Tax A and B certificates preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, banking, and handling letter of credits.
  • Experience with ERP software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills, and a proactive learning approach.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
