Job Responsibilities
- Deliver training roadmap and development programs to FA that are decentralized in respective regions.
- Implement training and development programs agreed upon with RSM to support regional initiatives, focusing on FA skills and capabilities.
- Roll out company initiatives, conduct strategic development activities, and ensure passing grades on post-tests according to expectations.
Relationship with Sales Force
- Maintain good relationships with the sales force to ensure all training activities align with and support the business.
- Conduct various training sessions according to the training roadmap or socialization of corporate initiatives. Additionally, execute learning development activities tailored to regional needs, as agreed with RSM, in the form of DNA to ensure behavioral change among FAs.
- Collect feedback from the sales force and analyze challenges faced during the sales process.
- Run training sessions and monitor the learning development progress of new and existing FAs in respective regions to achieve PRCC targets.
Reporting and Training Planning
- Provide monthly development plans, aligned with RSM, including progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- 2-5 years of experience as a trainer, especially in sales training within the insurance or banking industry.
- Certification as a Coach/Trainer or related credentials are a plus.
- Proficiency in social media as a learning medium.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of health and protection products.
- Knowledge of selling skills.
