• Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing to achieve production goals.

• Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and quality assurance to align production strategies with overall objectives.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Balance operational costs while upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure product excellence.

• Analyze production performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in textile, apparel, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the garment or textile industry.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and cost management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Indonesian and Chinese (Putonghua).

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and bilingual word processing.
