Job description

Build and develop the HR team, systems, and tools.

Monitor and manage the implementation of the HRD functions, including recruitment, organizational development, compensation and benefits, general affairs, and payroll.

Ensure the entire process of employee performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, and termination is properly managed.

Handle employee and industrial relations issues independently.

Provide counseling to motivate employees to achieve company targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience as a manager/assistant manager in a palm oil company.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager in a palm oil company.
• Mature, flexible, and good in human relations skills.
• Willing to be placed in all company affiliates.
