About The Team: Our team is dedicated to driving the success and visibility of retail brands. We are a collaborative and innovative team that thrives on delivering impactful strategies to our partners. As a resource management role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and performance of Retail Brands on Shop | Tokopedia and Tokopedia.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Campaign:
  • Take the initiative to lead a campaign by creating a plan, executing, and monitoring real-time performance metrics during the campaign period.
  • Monitor Live Streaming performance and deliver the registration rate of all mechanisms.
  • Budget & Subsidy Management:
    • Ensure the efficient allocation of the Live Stream budget during campaigns.
    • Register, curate, and ensure Flash sale products are compliant with company policies.
    • Regularly update the product pool to align with campaign themes and objectives.
    • Monitor flash sale registration rates and provide performance reports.
  • Flash Sale Management:
    • Register, curate, and ensure Flash sale products are compliant with company policies.
    • Regularly update the product pool to align with campaign themes and objectives.
    • Monitor flash sale registration rates and provide performance reports.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of Platform Campaign & Flash Sale management.
    • Assist with troubleshooting any campaign/flash sale related issues.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in e-commerce.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Knowledge of basic data analysis.
    • Understanding of digital marketing or merchandising.
