We are a collaborative and innovative team that thrives on delivering impactful strategies to our partners. As a resource management role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and performance of Retail Brands on Shop | Tokopedia and Tokopedia.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Platform Campaign:
- Take the initiative to lead a campaign by creating a plan, executing, and monitoring real-time performance metrics during the campaign period.
- Monitor Live Streaming performance and deliver the registration rate of all mechanisms.
Budget & Subsidy Management:- Ensure the efficient allocation of the Live Stream budget during campaigns.
- Register, curate, and ensure Flash sale products are compliant with company policies.
- Regularly update the product pool to align with campaign themes and objectives.
- Monitor flash sale registration rates and provide performance reports.
Flash Sale Management:- Register, curate, and ensure Flash sale products are compliant with company policies.
- Regularly update the product pool to align with campaign themes and objectives.
- Monitor flash sale registration rates and provide performance reports.
Stakeholder Management:- Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of Platform Campaign & Flash Sale management.
- Assist with troubleshooting any campaign/flash sale related issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic data analysis.
- Understanding of digital marketing or merchandising.
