Summary

The role is responsible in end to end perspective of logistics operations performance by driving through KPIs and Health Metrics that form part of the business’ OKRs. They develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance across the Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Establish metrics that will be used for Objective setting with the same data set and metrics to report regularly to Business Unit preserving data integrity and consistency.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and review with Operation and other teams identified by driving areas for improvement and secure agreed solutions for challenges in attaining performance objectives.
• Provide visibility and clarity on data points aligned and driven from agreed OKRs to individual KPIs with balance mix of shared responsibility among departments.
• Offer strategic leadership and expert guidance to project teams, ensuring the seamless implementation and execution of enhancement initiatives.
• Define and conduct regular cadences to cover specific challenges impacting operational efficiencies and financial metrics, driving time-bound resolution and ownership of actions.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and performance enhancement.
• Prepare and present performance improvement reports and recommendations to senior management that drive decisions and strategy formulation.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Performance Management with a proven history of Performance Improvement. Logistics or Express industry experience is a plus.
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
