The Accounting Manager will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The position requires strong leadership skills and a detailed understanding of accounting principles and practices.

3. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
4. Contribute to an upcoming accounting system implementation project with analytical skills.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
6. Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
7. Liaise with external auditors and support the audit process.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a full professional qualification.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, including team management.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong leadership qualities and motivation to overcome challenges.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities.
