Job description

To introduce products, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers to generate new business.

To conduct feasibility studies of customers regarding their creditworthiness.

To prepare initial proposals, credit proposals, analyze lease applications, and appraise customer credit risk, presenting all findings to superiors.

To follow up on the collection of customer documents and visit customers to observe their conditions firsthand.

To obtain confirmation from superiors regarding disbursement amounts, following company rules.

To implement marketing policies and operating procedures aligned with the company’s business strategy.

To ensure timely payment collection from customers.

To prepare and submit regular marketing reports.

To respond to and follow up on work requirements and instructions from superiors and management to accomplish duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S-1) from a reputable university, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
• Good customer database management skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leasing company.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn, accept challenges, and meet targets.
• Team player with meticulous work attitude and good work ethics.
