  • Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate training and psychometric testing.
  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy to bring in high-value clients.
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations, meetings, and product demos with decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with a hunter mentality—focusing on revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s expansion.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in hunting new clients and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a “never give up” attitude.
  • Experience in HR solutions, corporate training, or psychometric assessments is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
