Job description

Regional Recruitment Manager – Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei

In this role as Regional Recruitment Manager, you will achieve student enrolment and profit goals for your portfolio of Agents, Feeder Schools, and Sponsors across all three divisions and products. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying suitable Higher Education & VET agents and designing & implementing agent management schedules and incentives to meet recruitment targets.
  2. Managing deep relationships with key agent partners.
  3. Monitoring competitor activity to enhance market awareness and analysis.
  4. Developing, implementing, and managing Agent Account Plans to support partner achievement of targets.
  5. Identifying and recommending new agents and recruitment opportunities.

Please note, this role can be based in Indonesia or Malaysia.

About you:

Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business and/or Marketing with a few years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably with specific experience in VET programs and exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model. You should describe yourself as a commercially savvy sales professional with a successful track record in delivering results, especially through indirect sales management.

You will have the ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels, both internally and externally, along with experience in nurturing customer relationships and proactively recognizing business requirements. Additionally, you must:

  • Be fluent in English and at least one other relevant regional language.
  • Be result-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Be capable of dealing with ambiguity and change, and work effectively within a team through transitions.
  • Have experience managing sales, budgets, and projects within a marketplace.
  • Possess strong sales planning skills to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for a customer portfolio.
  • Have knowledge of the international student marketplace and industry challenges.
  • Have in-depth understanding of the New Zealand and Australian education systems and visa regulations.
