NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (TANGERANG)

Job Brief :

1. Identify areas for improvement, develop, and implement related programs to increase branch effectiveness and productivity.
2. Plan the unit sales strategy and ensure the achievement of team targets in accordance with the sales area.
3. Create, build, manage, and organize the regional sales team.
4. Conduct performance site visits as needed, collaborating with sales operation teams and related parties.
5. Submit scheduled reports regularly.
6. Evaluate team reports on potential customer prospects.
