Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise mining production activities to ensure smooth operations and achievement of daily production targets.
2. Identify hazards and risks during work operations and implement all safety procedures, rules, regulations, and statutory requirements in line with the Safety Management Plan.
3. Implement short-term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process, providing necessary production parameters for continuous feedback to achieve the long-term mine plan.
4. Supervise the performance of operators, technicians, and unskilled personnel during shifts using the BMP process and short-term variance analysis.
5. Coordinate with other mining team members regarding production and participate in regular meetings.
6. Maintain and actively implement SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) programs and responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mining industry as a Production Group Leader.
• Good knowledge of mining equipment capabilities and applications.
• Understanding of best practices in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, especially related to Mine Engineering and Reporting.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is advantageous.
