  1. Perform risk assessments across functional areas related to finance and maintain operational risk.
  2. Participate in developing systems to facilitate risk monitoring and improvement, ensuring alignment with the Group's targets and objectives.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing finance compliance plans and programs.
  4. Collaborate in creating strategic plans to achieve financial compliance targets and ensure effective operations.
  5. Prepare reports for top management based on internal finance compliance reviews.
  6. Identify shortfalls in finance policies and processes, assess their effectiveness, and recommend necessary changes.
  7. Maintain internal financial procedures to update staff on modifications to compliance protocols, tax regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  8. Coordinate and conduct finance compliance programs and projects as assigned.
  9. Prepare Finance Compliance Working Papers and Reports promptly.
  10. Escalate significant findings or issues to the Compliance Leader.
  11. Monitor, review, and analyze deficiencies and irregularities in financial practices, proposing effective solutions.
  12. Inform and update executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant finance compliance information promptly.
  13. Submit finance compliance reports on time to meet deadlines.
  14. Achieve and exceed goals related to KPIs, budgets, and team objectives.
Ensure high-quality and reliable Finance Compliance Working Papers and Reports:
  1. All information must be accurate, valid, and based on actual conditions.
  2. Working papers should be informative, neat, free of errors, and well-organized.
  3. Document the company’s financial compliance activities to demonstrate adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Leverage technology effectively to generate compliance reports and support management decision-making.
  5. Assist the Compliance Leader in fostering relationships with all organizational members to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
