Job Description

(1) Project Management and Problem Solving Tasks

  • Perform comprehensive data/process analyses to determine root causes or support decision-making, especially in finance-related areas.
  • Diagnose business processes and initiatives and assess their impact on data flow and finance recording.
  • Propose data modeling, reporting, and financial analysis to integrate products with finance tools.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress and deliverables for assigned projects.
  • Build effective project trackers and maintain thorough documentation for projects.
  • Support business users in handling current and new scenarios to ensure smooth operations and ongoing innovation.
  • Interact effectively with product managers, finance personnel, Legal, and Business Unit teams at all levels of seniority.

(2) Contract Management Monitoring and Maintenance

  • Develop and deliver reports to streamline processes and reduce workflow bottlenecks.
  • Maintain setup, approval matrices, data fields, and workflows within the Contract Management platform.
  • Collaborate with Legal to update SOPs and policies related to Contract Management.
  • Support Legal in conducting socialization and refresher sessions for stakeholders.

(3) Procurement for Management Cost Center

  • Handle procurement administration for expenses recorded in the management cost center as needed.

Requirements

  • Working Experience: 3-4 years in relevant fields such as PMO work, consulting, finance, or accounting. Experience in tech companies or fast-paced environments is beneficial. Experience with financial audits and project-based work is desired.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Technical Skills: Project management, data analysis, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel and Gsheets), proficiency in English, and accounting knowledge is a plus.
