Description
The Program Leader will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities. This role involves administrative tasks, coordination of events, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that all aspects of the program run smoothly.

Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
The Program Leader will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities.
This role involves administrative tasks, coordination of events, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that all aspects of the program run smoothly.
Administrative Support
- Assist in the preparation of program reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized program files and records.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and take minutes during program meetings.
Event Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of program events, workshops, and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements with admin team
- Manage event registration and participant communication.
Communication
- Act as a point of contact for program participants, partners, and stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute program-related communications, newsletters, and updates.
- Manage social media and online presence related to the program.
Data Management
- Collect, compile, and analyze program data.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare data reports and assist in the evaluation of program outcomes.
General Support
- Provide support to the Program Manager/Director and team as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving program-related issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program planning and development
- Working with other vendor software libraries and APIs
Experience Required
- At least 1 -2 years of relevant working experience in Public health, preferably in handling data
Essential Qualifications
- Master in Public Health/ Rural Development/ MSW
Essential Skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in computer skills of word processing in MS Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Knowledge on Looker studio, Google data studio (Preferable not Mandatory)
