Job description

Area Operations Associate is accountable for supporting the Area Operations Manager in all spectrum operation drivers at the area level. This includes, but is not limited to, balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilization, driver acquisition, driver engagement, and resolving driver issues in the field. The role also involves handling conflicts, ensuring regulation compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships within the area.

What Will You Do

1. Support the Area Operations Manager by managing daily operations such as driver acquisition, driver engagement (loyalty, retention, safety, and performance training), driver exit processes, and inventory management (driver attributes and warrants). Also, manage driver income through expense reduction or alternative income strategies (e.g., Swadaya, Promo Go).
2. Collaborate with the Area Operations Manager on escalated driver service issues.
3. Apply insights from operations to assist in establishing new service areas.
4. Handle end-to-end processes at the Driver Support Unit in the district.
5. Ensure SOP adherence and legal compliance within the district.
6. Assist in rolling out product changes in the region.
7. Provide operational and consumer engagement analysis to support decision-making.

What Will You Need

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
2. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and Metabase.
3. Understanding of supply and demand planning.
4. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and routine activity management.
5. Ability to develop creative solutions for operational issues and empower teams to execute them.
6. Capability to manage community or mass conflict communication.
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in spoken and written English.

About the Team

The Area Operations Associate supports the Area Operations Manager and collaborates closely with other Regional Managers and the Analytics team to analyze operational data and derive insights and recommendations.
