  • Develop, implement, and oversee the standards of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering, and banquets.
  • Conduct regular audit to maintain the overall F&B compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards (e.g., HACCP, local regulations).
  • Identify and monitor the strategies for F&B to match with the industry trends and improve guest experiences.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control for F&B operations.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with marketing and sales team to set pricing strategies, create promotions, or special events.
  • Foster F&B culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory control and negotiate contracts with vendors or suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in high-end F&B operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or resort management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of global food safety standards and quality assurance, with experience in luxury culinary operations.
  • Inspirational leadership with a refined sense of hospitality, team development, and guest engagement.
  • Sophisticated communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with discerning guests, top-tier suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking, innovation, and service excellence in a five-star or luxury environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
