Reporting to the Country Chief Financial Officer, the Finance and Accounting Senior Manager (F&A) is responsible for :
- Driving the Finance team on all accounting and control functions, as well as certain finance functions, including oversight of financial reporting and its analysis, controllership, budgeting, monthly financial close, accounts receivable & payable, and internal financial system.
- Driving the business by partnering with Commercial team, Production and Logistic to have right pricing strategy, Accounts payables management system and effective and efficient logistic strategy
- To drive the compliance with Indonesia tax regulation
- To drive the utilization of SAP and other Business Software such as TM1/TM2 by providing suggestions, recommendations and solutions
- Oversee the Accounting Team
Education & Experience Required:
- Solid accounting background, bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 10-12 years of management and technical accounting experience
- Exposure to ERP system is a must (SAP preferred) and other business/forecasting tools such as TM1 etc
- Understand Indonesia tax law and experience in handling tax audit
- Preferably experience in FMCG industry and big “4”
- Experience in handling financial audit with big 4 Accounting Firm
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Key Position Responsibilities
Controllership Roles
- Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Indonesia GAAP, IFRS and Group accounting policies
- Ensure set of internal controls are in place i.e., preventive and detective control, to have reliable financial report and effective safeguarding of company’s assets
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations (including tax)
- Liaise with external parties, including external auditor, tax officer, government people, customers etc
Business Partner Roles
- Prepare, analyze and review business report, profitability by area, products/segment and customer, develop recommendations for achieving business goals for management team
- Prepare and review realistic annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecast together with commercial team
- Prepare ROI for projects and/or capital expenditures
- Supports leadership team to build business capability and expand the flour market by obtaining the necessary commercial support in evaluating viability of entering into new and/or existing customer and new and/or existing products.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations for the new business/operation model to run in effectives and efficient way to improve the company’s competitive level in the industry.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to System development and IT Team to implement correct reporting system, forecasting system, logistic/cost freight monitoring system etc.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience required for the Position
Ideally, the candidate should have finance professional background with at least 12 years’ experience and previous practice in a Big 4 audit firm and FMCG industries including a minimum of 4 years of working in a leadership position.
The individual must be a team player and able to work well with the Team, Country CEO, Commercial team, Supply Chain and production. In addition, the individual must possess an impeccable level of integrity, credibility, commitment, proactive, results driven and enjoy working in a robust changing environment.
