Creative Admin & Brand Support Coordinator

Location: Pererenan, Canggu (In-office)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (some flexibility for events & shoots)

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Starting at IDR 6,500,000/month

We’re looking for our next superstar team member to join our woman-founded, fast-growing fashion & beauty brands:

STACKED by Celeste, Celeste Starre, MeMe London, and Luna Roca.

This is the ultimate hybrid role—perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, social-savvy, and ready to dive in wherever needed. You’ll be helping with everything from TikToks to Shopify uploads, pitch decks to product drops.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creative Support

• Designing content in Canva, InDesign, or Photoshop

• Assisting with pitch decks, moodboards, and campaign assets

• Supporting on photo + content shoots

Social Media & Community

• Helping manage TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest

• Scheduling posts, spotting trends, and writing captions

• Engaging with the community via comments + DMs

• Supporting influencer gifting and collab tracking

Admin & Brand Operations

• Uploading products and info to Shopify

• Updating spreadsheets for launches and tracking

• Assisting across departments and jumping in when needed

• Helping with pop-ups, events, and brand moments

Who You Are:

• Obsessed with design, detail, and digital trends

• Fluent in Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest

• Familiar with Adobe Suite, Excel/Sheets, and ideally Shopify

• Speaks English fluently (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus!)

• Kind, collaborative, efficient, and solution-focused

• Passionate about fashion, beauty, wellness, and the vibe
