Job description

1.1 Optimize the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of operations according to internal targets and external customer requirements.

1.2 Engage warehouse, freight, and transportation providers in all areas to ensure operational effectiveness and realization of cost optimization/savings potential.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field, e.g., logistics and transport management, supply chain management.
  2. Well-organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  3. Organized, detail-oriented, with strong customer service skills.
  4. Works well in teams and individually to accomplish goals.
  5. Overview of SAP with transactional knowledge in MM/IM modules.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure incoming shipments (from group and third-party suppliers) and outgoing shipments (from warehouse to customers and distributors) are coordinated, received, and delivered in a timely manner.
  2. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across all warehouse operations to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  3. Update all vendor and customer complaints in the Q module for PPM KPI tracking, coordinate and follow up on reported complaints, and initiate appropriate countermeasures with internal stakeholders and warehouse providers.
  4. Verify warehouse invoices, freight invoices, and consumable purchases for efficient and transparent overhead cost allocation.
  5. Evaluate and select third-party suppliers for warehouse consumables following defined procedures and compliance guidelines.
  6. Ensure stock scrapping procedures align with documented process flows and signature guidelines before system posting/adjustment.
  7. Evaluate, select, and nominate scrap vendors in accordance with procedures and signature guidelines.
