Job description

You will manage processes and building partnerships between organizations and customers or clients, with strategy implementation, will increase sales and maximize revenue potential from important customers. Act as Key account managers help companies and sales departments achieve sales quotas and key customer goals. You will use information about sales and company strategy to determine demand and study customer behavior. You will report directly to Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Gain an understanding of key customer needs.

Expand relationships with existing customers by offering solutions that meet their goals.

Ensure products and services are delivered correctly to customers.

Be a communication liaison between key customers and internal teams.

Resolve all issues faced by customers and handling complaints to maintain trust.

Conduct Sales monitoring, evaluation, and regular reporting on Account performance

Collaborate with related departments marketing, product support, pricing, buyers and logistics to ensure Account needs are met.

Make regular reports on progress and estimates to internal and external stakeholders.

Work with customers and internal team from SC, Production and Technical team on products forecast and accuracy.

Meet personal and company KPI and Goals set.

You will coordinate all sales and service activities on assigned customer.

You will work with the Site Manager and team members for any potential business opportunity.

Comply with PPG ESH, Ethics, and other PPG policies.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree, any major.

Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling key accounts

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Computer)

Have good analytical, planning and negotiating skills

Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects

Proficient in English and Mandarin language.
