Bachelor Degree
Experience: 5+ years as an Odoo developer

The Day-to-Day Activities:

1. Collect needs and draft ERP application requirements.
2. Design, develop, and test Odoo (OpenERP) modules, projects, products, and interfaces.
3. Complete and clear documentation for any task/work done.
4. Test new functions/modifications to existing application modules following application support.
5. Configuration, installation, and maintenance of the server and multi-database Odoo/Ubuntu environments.
6. Keep different projects/versions under control using SVN or Git.
7. Other development tasks in systems developed in Python other than Odoo.

The Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, but any other field is welcomed, mainly if supported by suitable experience.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Odoo development or 4-7 years in Python.
3. Superior knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL, and ORM.
4. Good knowledge of Linux and Ubuntu.
5. Good knowledge of SVN and/or Git.
6. Logically strong, able to learn fast and execute accordingly.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters.
9. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
10. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
12. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
