Production Planning & Inventory Management Staff

PT. Selatox Bio Pharma Corporation, a 100% subsidiary of Daewoong Pharmaceutical Korea, develops and produces biological products such as botulinum toxin and aims for global expansion. We are establishing a production base for botulinum toxin products in Indonesia as a strategic global bio hub, targeting the international market with innovative products. Our vision is to become a "2030 leading global biopharmaceutical company" and a world-class botulinum toxin producer.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling Support
2. Assist in creating production schedules and updating progress reports.
3. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

1. Inventory Tracking and Data Management
2. Perform inventory tracking, stock counting, and data entry in ERP systems.
3. Monitor inventory movements and report discrepancies.

1. Material Handling and Stock Organization
2. Support storage, labeling, and organization of raw materials and finished products.
3. Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials.

1. Documentation and Compliance Support
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and production reports.
3. Follow GMP guidelines and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• All majors are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Smart, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Preferred qualifications:

• Pharmacist qualification is mandatory.
• Professional experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Excellent talents in science and technology recommended by the government.
• Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus.
