About the role

We are seeking an experienced Rewards & Industrial Relations Manager to join our growing team at PT. Universal Agri Bisnisindo (De Heus Indonesia). This full-time role will be based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As Rewards & Industrial Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective remuneration and industrial relation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and manage a comprehensive rewards and benefits program, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health and wellness initiatives.
2. Oversee and coordinate the company's industrial relations functions, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
3. Analyze market trends and benchmarks to recommend competitive and equitable compensation packages.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align rewards and industrial relations strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
5. Lead the implementation of performance management systems and provide guidance on performance-based compensation.
6. Manage employee grievances and disputes, and facilitate negotiations with trade unions or worker representatives.
7. Develop and deliver training programs on compensation, benefits, and industrial relations policies.
8. Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to maintain best practices.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in rewards management and industrial relations, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the local and regional context.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.
4. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
5. Proficiency in designing and implementing employee incentive and benefits programs.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels.
7. Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
