About the Job

Job Description:

  • Lead and develop integrated marketing communication strategies for the Siloam Hospitals brand.
  • Ensure consistent and clear messaging that aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and healthcare excellence.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of content creation, media relations, and campaign management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor performance metrics and brand health to optimize communication strategies.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communication, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in brand building, public relations, and campaign development—preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about healthcare and improving patient connection through meaningful communication.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
