An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HRGA professional to manage employee administration and general affairs. This role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while providing language support between Mandarin and local staff. Requirements:
1. Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Language Skills:
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proficient in English and/or the local language (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia).
3. Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in HRGA or HR/Admin roles.
• Experience in Chinese/Taiwanese companies is a plus.
4. Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, BPJS, contracts, attendance, etc.).
• Ability to handle general affairs (office supplies, company assets, facility maintenance, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or HRIS software.
• Capable of translating documents and interpreting conversations (Mandarin <> local language).

Job Description / Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources:
• Handle employee administration (contracts, attendance, leave, BPJS, etc.).
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
• Translate and communicate HR policies from Mandarin to local staff.
• Assist with training coordination and employee relations.
2. General Affairs:
• Manage office needs (supplies, cleanliness, company vehicles, etc.).
• Monitor building maintenance and liaise with external vendors.
• Maintain records of company assets and coordinate service schedules.
• Assist in organizing company events or internal meetings.
3. Language Support:
• Translate documents (Mandarin – local language).
• Interpret during meetings or conversations between local and Mandarin-speaking employees or management.
4. Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure HRGA practices comply with labor regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports for management, including in Mandarin if required.
