Company Profile

PT. Pacific Palmindo Industri (PALMINDO) actively produces high-quality edible oil products from raw materials such as Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO).

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Control the logistics department, especially operational activities related to shipping CPO and CPKO.
2. Monitor Weighbridge Operators to ensure adherence to procedures and work instructions.
3. Control stock levels and positions.
4. Be available on call at all times.
5. Plan and monitor tanker activities.
6. Arrange and oversee dispatching activities and raw material receiving.
7. Implement systems such as ISO, HACCP, 5S, SMK3, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in logistics or related fields.
2. Familiarity with pumps, pipelines, and refinery & fractionation flow processes.
3. Diploma 3 or higher in a relevant major.
4. Willing to work as PKWT for the first year.
5. Willing to work in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara.
