Job description

Explore and Analyze: Proactively explore the Indonesian market (offline) to identify strategic partnership opportunities across various sectors.

Build Strategic Ecosystems: Identify, initiate, WIN, and develop high-impact ecosystem partnerships that support business growth, brand visibility, and product distribution.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong, structured pipeline of potential partners, from initial outreach to deal closure and implementation.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of innovative partnership models in other markets. Evaluate global partnership use-cases and work towards local adaptation/replication.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Legal, Tech) to drive smooth onboarding and execution of partnerships.

Communication & Negotiation: Drive effective communication and negotiations in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to build long-term, win-win partnerships.

Qualifications:
  1. 6–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
  2. Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer and digital ecosystem.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple partners and high-level negotiations.
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English.
  5. Agile, self-motivated, and outcome-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
  6. Experience in insurance, fintech, or platform-based business is a plus.
