Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position, preferably as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for mission-critical buildings such as DATA CENTERS, SERVER ROOMS, etc.

Required Skills: CAD (Computer-Aided Design), MS Office (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).

Diploma degree holders with more than 3 years of experience are also welcome to apply.

Attributes: Independent, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills, committed, and able to work under pressure.

Willing to be placed at the project site.

1. Coordinate site requirements with internal teams, sub-contractors, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
2. Monitor and assess on-site work progress.
3. Generate detailed reports on project advancements.
4. Provide input to drafters and team members regarding working drawings (shop drawings).
5. Ensure on-site work adheres to safety standards.
6. Create and submit method of statement (MOS) and other required documents to consultants.
7. Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
8. Purchase necessary materials as required.
9. Complete jobs on time and to customer satisfaction.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
11. Conduct technical presentations to clients.
12. Provide daily work instructions during Toolbox Meetings (TBM).
