As the Clinic Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service. You will manage a team of dedicated professionals and oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee all clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of dental and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Patient Experience: Ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through follow-up, addressing any issues with professionalism and empathy.

Financial Oversight: Manage the clinic’s budget, track financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, clinic policies, and industry best practices to maintain high-quality care and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

3 year experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.

Strong understanding of clinic operations, including patient management systems and financial oversight.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.

High level of professionalism and customer service orientation, with experience in premium or luxury service environments preferred.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
