Consulting Staff - Japanese Speaker (Contract-Based)

Overview: Japanect Inc. is looking for a versatile and motivated Consulting Staff to support our growing consulting division. This role involves working closely with our Japanese & Indonesian clients/partners to ensure smooth operations, identify growth opportunities, and help promote their brand presence in Indonesia.

This is a contract-based position (1 year) with the potential for renewal based on performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Japanese/Indonesian brands and clients to support their local projects and initiatives
2. Identify business challenges and propose practical, effective solutions
3. Conduct light sales activities, including scheduling and attending meetings to introduce products and services to the Indonesian Market
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships
5. Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and scheduling
6. A team player and able to coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

1. D3 or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
2. Proficiency in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N2), specifically in speaking and professional conversation
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
4. Proactive and capable of working independently
5. Comfortable with light sales and appointment setting
6. Organized and detail-oriented with good time management
