We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can work mobile because SMOORE Indonesia has become a group and has 4 plants in Indonesia:

  1. PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia - Malang
  2. PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia - Pasuruan
  3. PT. Merit Technology and Innovation Indonesia - Sidoarjo
  4. PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia - Malang

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process;
  2. Coordinate with head of department to understand recruitment needs, including job descriptions and required qualifications;
  3. Collaborate with external parties (educational institutions, job portal managers, labor suppliers, jobfair organizers, assessment institutions, etc.) related to the needs of job advertisements, campus hiring, internship programs, recruitment cooperation, etc.
  4. Search resumes, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews with suitable resumes, and give interview evaluations;
  5. Analyze and summarize the recruitment work, and optimize the recruitment system and process;
  6. Provide Orientation/Induction Training program for newly joined employees.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor degree or above from psychology background who is already a professional psychologist.
  2. Understand & able to conduct test tools & compile psychograms and their interpretation.
  3. Recruitment experience for all position levels for 3 years in manufacturing.
  4. Able to make job profiling.
  5. Have an understanding of sourcing, source candidates relevant to the position.
  6. Able to use English as working language;
  7. Able to develop a recruitment strategy to fulfill the company's MPP;
  8. Able to carry out job fairs, campus and school recruitment.
