Job Description
- You ensure a friendly and professional service following the S.T.A.R. Service Experience standards while maintaining the pool area and resort decks clean and in order at all times. Consistently and effectively delivering beverage related services in the same areas, in accordance with department SOPs.
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and sales-oriented Food & Beverage service following the S.T.A.R. Service Experience Standards.
- Ensure absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with HACCP, USPHS rules, department SOPs, and supervisor’s directions.
- Operate service procedures according to SOPs and Department Service Standards.
- Set up working areas in accordance with standards and procedures before guest arrival and maintain throughout the day until closing.
- Refurbish and replace supplies continuously throughout the day.
- Return used towels to the Laundry Department for washing.
- Maintain sun chairs and all other furniture in the working area in a spotless condition and restore immediately after guest use.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all Food and Beverage items served in the area and in other areas when substituting positions.
- Keep updated on all complimentary Bar Menus to deliver exceptional service at all times.
- Follow all applicable standards and procedures in service delivery at all times.
- Participate actively in training sessions and retain shared knowledge effectively.
- Operate only equipment you have been trained on, using caution to prevent damage or injury.
- Store and manage inventory stock according to set par-levels, following safety and sanitation rules.
- Assist other departments upon supervisor’s instruction as required.
- Participate in loading activities as directed by supervisors.
