Job description

Job Description:

• Lead the product and design team by providing mentoring sessions and consultation for product development and career progression.
• Define product vision for the whole product team with long-term strategy for each product squad.
• Define the north star metrics for each product squad based on high-level company direction and goals.
• Be the thought partner of all stakeholders to brainstorm solutions for any business, operations and tech related issues.
• Define squad structure and scope.
• Define the competencies of each product and design team by level.
• Ensure product quality and on-time delivery from all squads.
• Create product and design related governance documents.
• Enable product and design teams to have highly effective processes by utilizing tools and templates that ease up the product development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, / Computer Science, or science-related field / Business or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in product management or related sector with minimum of 5 years in managerial level.
• Solid understanding of product development cycle
• Good understanding of basic engineering concepts
• Ability to write basic scripts and SQL is highly valued
• Ability to manage stakeholders from various level and functions
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
