Job description

What Will You Do?

As Associate Director of Strategic Planning, you will serve as a digital consultant, overseeing day-to-day client and campaign management for a portfolio of brands. You will manage the entire client relationship cycle—from onboarding and initial ramp-up to ongoing management, billing, and business reviews—driving value and business outcomes through strategic guidance, campaign execution, audience targeting, budget optimization, and reporting.

This role involves understanding clients' business needs and leveraging our data capabilities to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advertiser Management & Growth: Achieve client-specific media and outcome goals, maintain high satisfaction levels, translate business needs into actionable strategies, collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Creative, Data), analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities to enhance revenue.
  2. Data-Centric Consultation: Engage clients in data-driven discussions to uncover new opportunities, recommend suitable technologies and media platforms to drive revenue growth.
  3. Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for existing clients, contribute to new business pitches and strategies.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, media innovations, and best practices across digital platforms (search, social, display, programmatic, mobile).
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Over 7 years of experience in account/client management within the online advertising industry, preferably with agency background.
  • Proven track record in account management and analytics.
  • Expertise in media planning across multiple platforms, especially for performance-driven clients (e.g., e-commerce, DTC, fintech).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), Google Analytics, and programmatic platforms.
  • Familiarity with the banking industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
