Job Responsibilities
- Manage payment of all bills from vendors, expense reimbursements, cash advances, and staff reports.
- Record all financial transactions, generate, and review monthly financial reports.
- Process payments, manage invoices, and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of operational controls against projects, including budgets, funds, travel expenses, and petty cash.
- Support the audit process with relevant data.
- Assist in planning and reviewing budgets and expenditures, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Support staff with timesheets, travel claims, expense reports, reimbursements, and related financial documentation.
- Coordinate operational activities such as document flow, purchasing, travel arrangements, events, equipment, and communication; support project needs for events and meetings.
- Manage operational expenses including occupancy, office services, insurance, IT, legal, and tax.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance or accounting.
- 3-7 years of full-time experience in operational, administrative, or financial management roles.
- Experience working in a non-profit organization is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in financial administration, including budgeting, recording, and tax.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
