Responsibilities:
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new products, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Work closely with sales and distribution teams to ensure that trade marketing plans are aligned with overall business goals.
Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, merchandising programs, and in-store displays.
Conduct regular market research and use insights to improve trade marketing strategies.
Manage and develop a team of trade marketing professionals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in trade marketing or related roles within the Beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of trade marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
