Job Summary

TyrAds is looking for a skilled and data-driven Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing marketing data, conducting cohort analysis, and leveraging Tableau to derive actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing efforts, improving user acquisition strategies, and driving growth through data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform marketing analysis to evaluate campaign performance, user acquisition, and retention efforts.
  2. Conduct cohort analyses to understand customer behavior, churn, and lifetime value across marketing initiatives.
  3. Utilize Tableau to create dashboards and visualizations that provide insights into key marketing metrics.
  4. Monitor and analyze metrics such as ROI, CPA, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement A/B tests for continuous optimization.
  6. Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  7. Provide detailed reporting and insights for marketing strategies, including digital advertising and CRM campaigns.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data insights.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in the mobile advertising or gaming industry.
Skills and Expertise
  1. Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and storytelling.
  2. Strong experience in marketing analysis and cohort analysis.
  3. Excellent Excel skills; experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
  4. Understanding of marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or programmatic advertising tools.
  5. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
  6. Solid communication skills to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
  1. Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
  2. Background in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
