Marketing Staff for University (Loc: Deltamas Cikarang)

This is a call for you – a high passion and drive for excellence person -- from a fast growing eco-industry oriented university that collaborates with ITB and Sinar Mas, located in Deltamas, Cikarang.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Management or other related majors.

Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or promotion (experience in educational institution is an added value).

Have good verbal and written communication skills.

Creative, proactive, and able to work in a team or independently.

Able to operate graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and social media.

Result oriented, team player, problem solver.

Able to speak and written in English.

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement offline and digital marketing strategies (social media, digital advertising, campus promotions, etc.).

Create creative content for institutional promotion purposes (brochures, videos, infographics, etc.).

Establish and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other strategic partners.

Prepare marketing activity reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Manage promotional activities and campus events such as open houses, campus tours, and education exhibitions.
