Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT projects.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Convert business needs into clear technical specifications and work with technical teams to ensure the right solutions.
• Create and update documentation such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
• Assist in documenting business processes and issues to develop effective solutions.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Communicate project updates, priorities, and requirements to all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Follow up on product issues reported by the operational team to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in meetings with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and aligned with technical capabilities.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related majors.
• Have a minimum 1 year of experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or IT industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience in creating technical documentation Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and etc.
• Able to create flowcharts and plan information systems.
• Familiar with business system analyst tools such as Jira, Microsoft 365, Draw.io, and etc.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile, Scrum methodologies concept.
• Have a basic knowledge of UI/UX displays & Back End Engineer is a plus.
